The photographs shown for each individual product are a representation only.  Every creation is made to order and will therefore differ from the photos shown.


All products (excluding prints) are shipped via courier.  Please note that it is for this reason that shipping for these products is available to street addresses only - no PO Boxes. Shipping normally occurs on a Monday.

You will receive an e-mail once your item has been dispatched, which will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

Your goodies are packaged with the utmost care, however:

Shipping to Western Australia and the Northern Territory is not available due to quarantine restrictions.


Please allow between 2 - 3 weeks for your goodies to be made, as they are made to order.  As mentioned above, you will receive an e-mail once your item has been dispatched.  During school holiday periods, the turnaround time may be longer.


Despite their obvious beauty, plants are not perfect, and neither am I! Every piece is individually made to order, and small imperfections with your plant are true characteristics of the plant, and considered part of their overall beauty, as is the way your plant has been wrapped and prepared.  I believe that these things add to the uniqueness of YOUR kokedama - no two will ever be the same!

Your Kokedama comes with a care sheet with instructions to assist you with its care.  Please ensure that you read this care sheet and familiarise yourself with the details.

Please note that the variety and pricing of plants can and will change, based not only on what is in season, but also on what is readily available.

Plants are sourced from local nurseries and growers, or grown myself through propagation, which is a very slow, yet rewarding process!  Some plants are sourced from nurseries interstate.  These nurseries meets Tasmania's strict quarantine regulations in relation to the importation of plants to Tasmania.


Your privacy is important to me. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.  I will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. PayPal is the only payment option offered as this is secure and private.


I do not accept exchanges, refunds or cancellation of orders for change of mind. I will happily replace items if they are not as per your order due to a fault by me, for example you have received a different plant to what you have ordered. Please contact me via email with proof of the fault with a photograph of the item. When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, for example, you have requested the wrong plant you will need to purchase a replacement.
